Valley of Flowers is the beautiful valley of flowers situated in the Chamoli district that lies in the Uttrakhand state of India. This vast expanse is placed at a height of 3,600 meters covering the area of 87.50 square km. earlier the valley of flowers was known as Bhyundar Valley. In 1982, the valley was declared as the national park and is now a world heritage site.

Valley of flower is also known for its religious connection to the story of Ramayana.  It is said that it’s the same placed where Hanuman came to find Sanjivani for Laxman while he get injured by Indrajit. Valley of flowers national park is the most amazing wildlife sanctuary and the inhabitant place for most of the species of plants and animals. The place is the conservation center for the large varieties of flora and fauna. Snow Leopard, Himalayan Black Bear, Musk Deer, Red Fox, Serow, and Pika are some of the wide varieties of animals available at the place.
