Rules of Cancellation

All Airlines & Hotelier having Separate Cancellation Rules, Which can’t be explain Or Published on Website. So whenever you are going to Final any Service Related with Travel then before taking any Payment by us, we will inform you Cancellation & Modification Policy. 1. Domestic Flight Ticket should Cancel before 06 Hours Prior to Departure
2. Date Or Flight Changes also Before 06Hours Prior to Departure
3. International Flight Ticket should be cancelled Before 48-72 Hours Otherwise Some Airlines are Charging Late Booking Cancellation Alongwith Ticket Cancellation Penalty
4. Date Changes are also done in Advised Time Period
5. All Packages OR Hotel Booking Should Be Cancelled Before 07 Days Prior to Check-In OR We Can Advise at the time of Confirmation
6. Service Fees + Govt Service Tax will be Applicable on Every Changes & Cancellation
7. Any Waiver on Air Ticket being Flight Cancel OR Delay Departure & You get the waiver of Cancellation from Airlines then your Ticket should be Stamped by Airlines, Reason Should be mention Clearly with Sign & Date
8. For Any Cancellation you can call us from Morning 07:00 AM Till 10:00 PM Only (Using Phone, SMS OR Emailing) incase if we are unable to Attend you then you should also try to Cancellation done Directly with Airlines
9. Domestic Air Ticket Refund you will Get After 03 Working Days from the Date of Refund Process by Airlines (Out of Sequence Tickets are Subject to Refund Approval by Airlines)
10. International Air Ticket Refund you will get atleast after 20Days (Incase of Re-Issued Tickets OR Half Utilized Ticket Refunds we can’t commit any Specific Date Its Depend on Airlines Producer)
11. Any Hotel Or Holiday Package Refund will be advise you at the time of Refund Processing only
12. Service & Convince Fee will be Non-Refundable incase of Cancellation

Cancellation & Refunds of Holiday Packages

1. 30 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
2. 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
3. Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 75% of the tour cost will be levied.
4. Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied.

5. Sometime Hotel Booking is Thru 3rd Party (Other Agent) then we have to follow the Cancellation Policy of said Agent (Guest can’t make any Complaints against us)
6. If Booking is Cancelled Before 07Days Prior to Departure then Minimum 01Night Charges + 562/- as Service Fees will Be Deducted from the Billing Amount, Still If your Booking is done thru 3rd Party then We will Add Inr 562/- Rs as Our Service Charges alongwith That Penalty which they will Charge
7. Any Cancellation will be Counted 07Working Days Only (Saturday & Sunday & Other Holidays will not be Counted in 07Days Condition)
8. We Follow all Hotel Rules & Cancellation Only Adding Our Service Fees as Inr 562/- Per Room Basis
