The Khajuraho Festival of Dances is the event of the legendary classical dances, from all across the country. The long seven day extravagance draws attention of lots of people here, which include both locals and outsiders. Various cultural and classical performances that are performed at the event show which include Kathak, Bharathanatyam, Odissi, Kuchipudi, Manipuri and Kathakali with performances of some of the connoisseurs in the forte.
The event is held in an open air auditorium renders the cultural and spiritual touch with the dance performances under the open sky. The tickets range from Rs.20 on daily basis to Rs.600 for seasonal ticket.
