Keoladeo National Park lies in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan state in India. The park is also recognized with the name of Keoladeo Ghana National Park. Previously, the national park was known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. Keoladeo National Park is basically a well known avifauna sanctuary and a home for large number of birds especially during winter season. The national park hosts about 230 different species of birds.
