Hyderabad, the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, is sprawled over 650 sq km on the banks of the Musi River on the Deccan Plateau. The state capital is crowned with the title as the ‘City of Pearls’ forms a southern part of India and holds a population of around 6,290,397 and stands as the fourth most populous city and the sixth most populous metropolitan area, in the country.


The city was founded by Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah, in the year 1591 CE. The city had been under many rulers and dynasties which include the Mughal Empire, the Niazzams, the British Raj and many more. Then in 1956, it became a separate state.


The city is positioned on the junction of northern and southern part of India holds a unique culture which displays a perfect blend of northern and southern lifestyle. Climate of Hyderabad
The city of Hyderabad mostly experiences a warm climate and takes a relief on the arrival of the monsoons. Winters here starts with the month of November and remains on the scene till February.
