Celebrated as an amusement park, Essel World is situated in Gorai, which lies in the city of dreams, Mumbai. The park is constructed in an international patterned theme is one of the most admired and popular parks in the country with its massive expansion over 64 acres of land. The park observes about 10,000 visitors, on a daily basis.
It was only in the year 1996 that the park was commissioned by Subhash Chandra of the Essel Group and was the first amusement park in India. The section of Water Kingdom was added to it later in 1998. The fun filled park is comprised of two separate parks, Essel world section which consists of swings section and Water Kingdom (a water park).
The park has seen the height and is still enjoying great success with its adventurous activities. The park has a variety of rides and swings that attract thousands of visitors. The estimated visiting population to the park is around 10,000.
The park remains open from 10 A.M to 8 P.M.
