Built in 1903 at Baloon by the Protestant Christians, St. Andrews Church is popularly known as Church of Scotland. The church stands around one and half km from main bus stand, Dalhousie. Nestled in the lap of lush green ambiance, the St. Andrews Church paints a magnificent picture. The mesmerizing natural beauty surrounds it all. It has been more than 100 years old but despite of that the church is in a good shape.The entrance gate is always closed but if you want to see then you can enter from the right corner of the main boundary wall. The church was constructed in 1903 with the efforts of the Protestants and follows Protestantism. The church authority, who supervises the place, has raised a fencing wall around this church as to guard the structure from being destroyed. For the religiously inclined tourists, it stands as a perfect destination. Even if this church has been closed now, it reminds of the time of British rule.
