City palace in Jaipur under the state of Rajasthan is one of the amazingly beautiful palaces in India. The palace is provided with the blend of both Mughal and Rajasthani architecture. It is built by Sawai Jai Singh in 1729-1732 AD. This fabulous monument is equipped with grey-white marble columns studded with floral motifs in gold and colored stones. The city palace is a great historical landmark in the Chokri Shahad, Old City, Jaipur. The large number of tourist visit every year to see the great grandeur of the place. The huge complex of courtyards, gardens and buildings of the magnificent City Palace allows you to explore the beautiful architecture of the palace. Moving on to the inside the City Palace complex, there is a museum which is displayed with the royal costumes and old Indian weapons of the Mughal and Rajputs era. The city palace is open for public on all the days from 9.30am to 5.30pm. The entry fee to the palace for foreigners id Rs.300 including camera fee.
