Noida is the acronym for ‘New Okhla Industrial Development Authority’, is a suburb of New Delhi. The city is stationed in Gautam Buddh Nagar of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The metropolitan is positioned at just 20 km from the south west part of New Delhi and is enclosed by the River Yamuna on its western and south western edges.

This metropolis is administrated by the ‘New Okhla Industrial Development Authority’; Noida was officially and governmentally formed on 17th April 1976 under the ‘UP Industrial Area Development Act’ during the Emergency Period of 1975-77. 17th April dates as the foundation day of this commercial and industrial conurbation, celebrates the day as the ‘Noida Day’, annually.

Noida by Air: The Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi is the nearest airport to Delhi. It is at a distance of 25 km from Noida.


Noida by Rail: Delhi happens to be the nearest railhead as Noida does not have a railway station.


Noida by Road: The nearest bus stands to Noida is ISBTs in Delhi and then board the bus, metro, train, auto-rikshaw or hire a taxi to reach Noida.
