The beaches of Marve-Manori-Gorai lie in a close proximity to Mumbai, just at a drive of 40 km. These tiny beaches lie to the north of city and are untouched from the commercialization and industrialization. The beaches provide steer clear view of the exquisite sunrise and sunset. These beaches are flanked by peace and calmness.
The three pollution free beaches are bestowed with heaven’s natural splendor and enigma. While Marve is famous for fishing done by the people living nearby, Manori and Gorai are more popular for the dark hour’s beach parties, which are frequently held here.
Marve is also known as Borivali. Watching the sea on a full moon night is an experience never to be forgotten. Thus, these beaches are flooded with people on the full moon nights, celebrating and feasting. Foods are being served by the villagers and houses are being given on rent for night stays at the beach.
Gorai is near to Manori and incorporates a countryside look. The beach is serene and is also safe for swimming, having a moderate and pleasant climate throughout the year. It renders an extraordinary experience with the sights of sunset and sunrise behind the low hills along the beach. Marve is at a distance of about 40km from Mumbai. You can have a 15 minutes ferry ride from Marve and can reach at Manori and Gorai both.
