The northern-most beach in Bardez Taluka in the state of Goa is the Vagator Beach, which is located on the opposite bank of the River Chapora. In its south, there is a famous beach. Situated at a distance of about 25 km from the north of the state capital, Pannaji, Vagator beach stands out for its beauty and nightlife. It is a quaint petite bay which lies between the rocky peninsulas and a series of beautiful little beaches, which attracts the tourists for its solitude.


The palm bordering beach in the southernmost part of Goa is a magical land of enchantment granted with its elegance and exotic milieu. The beach is all surrounded with a series of many small beaches. The beach of Vagator is acknowledged for its exotic beauty.


It is the unsurpassed, dazzling, white sanded, crescent shaped beach, which is enclosed with a bay of deep blue waters, is a perfect spot to swim, to wade in the shallows, to have sun bathe in the sea and water sports. Sunbathing is the tempting activity on these sun-kissed sands.


The beach is provided with the facilities of some basic water sports on the beach that too with very reasonable prices. The best part of this undiscovered beach is that it is an un-crowded one, reflecting its splendor and serenity. Far away from the busy and jam-packed streets and disturbing noises, Goa beaches pave the way to relax and have recreational activities. A dive in the waters of this virgin beach is most refreshing one.


This beach destination is one of those spots where sky, sea and sand congregate in Harmony. On both the sides of the sea there are other famous beaches known as North Vagator Beach, the Big Vagator, which is situated on its right side and the Ozran Beach,more commonly known as Little Vagator Beach, is situated on its left side. The beach is popular for organizing different types of rave and trance parties.
